ASHBA® Water is located 6,000 feet up in the pristine Palomar Mountain in Southern California, these natural springs have been producing high quality drinking water, since the beginning of time. These rich natural springs lie away from civilization in the cleanest air of the United States. ASHBA® Water, and our iconic designed bottle, is perfect for everyday hydration, whether you’re relaxing by the pool or on the go. We do not add too, alter, or manipulate our water in any way, so you can enjoy high quality, pure, clean and healthy drinking water the way Mother Nature intended.

+ DOES ASHBA® WATER MEET REGULATIONS FOR WATER THE HIGHEST QUALITY?

Yes, ASHBA® Water conforms to all of the FDA’s requirements. To read more about our water quality testing and results, download our California Water Quality Report (PDF), which is also available in Spanish (PDF).

+ WHAT IS THE PH BALANCE IN ASHBA® WATER?

Water has a precise pH balance of 7.7. Pure or purified water has a pH of 7. Solutions with a pH of less than 7 are said to be “acidic” and those higher than 7, “alkaline”.

ASHBA® Water can be purchased for convenient delivery directly to your home or office. ASHBA Water is available through the ASHBA® Water online store or by calling 1.702.586.7335. Please note that ASHBA® Water Delivery is currently limited to the United States.

+ IS ASHBA WATER® EARTH FRIENDLY?

ASHBA® Water bottles are 100% recyclable and are made from high-grade PET (polyethylene terephthalate) plastic, which is designated with the #1 code at the bottom of the bottle. The FDA approves PET as safe for contact with food and beverages. PET is also fully recyclable and can be transformed into a number of products such as food and beverage packages, apparel, carpet, automotive parts, and construction materials. Please check with your local municipality to see if PET is recyclable in your area. You can also search for local recycling centers and services at http://earth911.com

+ WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF ASHBA® WATER?

ASHBA® Water uses the standard “best by” date for all water sold in the United States of two years. The “best by” date can be found on the top of each ASHBA® Water bottle, above the label. The FDA does not require an expiration date.

+ ARE ASHBA® WATER BOTTLES BPA FREE?

ASHBA® Water Bottles are 100% BPA FREE!

Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ashbawater.com or 702.586.7335. If your order has already shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.

Returns
Currently ASHBA® Water does not accept returns. All sales are final.  If however you received the wrong item, please contact us at 702.586.7335 or support@ashbawater.com and we will replace the shipment with the appropriate item.

Damaged Product
If you feel the product has arrived seriously damaged, please contact us at 702.586.7335 or support@ashbawater.com to discuss an appropriate solution.

+ HOW DO I ORDER ASHBA® WATER?

You can order ASHBA® Water directly from our website by navigating to the ‘Plans’ tab and selecting your preferred bottle size, plan and quantity. Simply add to cart and follow our easy check out process. If you prefer, you can also reach us by phone at 702.586.7335 or email us at support@ashbawater.com.

+ WHY SHOULD I PREPAY FOR A SUBSCRIPTION?

You will be able to benefit from our discounted rates by committing to 3 or more months of service. To order at our discounted subscription rates, start by checking out our Plans. Service will begin a few days after placing the order and will be shipped on the same day every month. Should you choose to modify your service please check your ASHBA® Water call customer service at 702.586.7335 or email support@ashbawater.com.

+ CAN I GET ASHBA® WATER AT MY OFFICE OR BUSINESS?

Yes. ASHBA® Water provides delivery service to homes, offices and business locations across the United States.

+ HOW DO I MODIFY MY ORDER/SERVICE ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

If you have signed up for “My Account” while placing your order, you will be able to update your delivery address information within your account. Upon updating, your next order will automatically ship to your new address. To modify other components of your recurring or subscription order, such as quantities, delivery dates, etc., Please send an email to support@ashbawater.com or call 702.586.7335.

+ HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER/SERVICE ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

If you wish to cancel your one-time or recurring order, please send an email to support@ashbawater.com or call 702.586.7335 as soon as possible. For recurring monthly orders, your cancellation will become effective with the next scheduled shipment. Please note that we are unable to cancel your one-time order once the product has shipped. Discounted and prepaid subscription orders (i.e. our 3, 6, and 12-month plans) cannot be cancelled or refunded. However you can have all your product delivered at once.
